Once we have found the right section for you, we put it on ‘hold’, allowing us the time to design your new home without the worry of losing the land.
The Design Process
A small commitment of $3000 + GST for the design fee is paid to kick start the process – which is credited back upon the build contract becoming unconditional.
We bring everyone together to get the best outcome for you. We take the time to understand how the house functions for your family and lifestyle, agree on the specifications and get the layout right.
** Please note – the design fee is non-refundable as it is used to pay the designer for your house plans. **

Plans are finalised, building and land contracts are approved by your lawyer and contracts are signed by all parties. Deposits are now paid.
We organise building consent plans to be lodged with the Auckland Council for approval.
The fun begins !!
From here, its all about enjoying the new build experience. You are introduced to our interior designer who is your guide through the design choices such as paint, flooring, tiles, kitchen layout, fixtures and fittings.
Construction
After building consent is issued, construction starts and we will share in your excitement watching a house turn into your family home.
